TEHRAN (FNA)- A prominent Iranian legislator blasted the UN Security Council for its silence on the violation of Iran's airspace by the United States' downed stealth aircraft, and said the UN indifference means that the world is ruled by the law of jungle.

He reiterated that if it were the drone of a foreign country which violated the airspace of the US or the Zionist regime, the UN Security Council would rapidly approve a resolution against that aggressive country, but now that it is the US versus Iran, the UNSC has kept silent.

Motahhari also called on the Iranian government to pursue the case more seriously and file complaints against the US at international bodies.
