KOLKATA: The change of guard in the state brought a high-profile international figure to Writers' Buildings on Friday, barely 24 hours ahead of Mamata Banerjee's business summit. Robert Blake , assistant secretary of state for south and central Asia asked the CM and her "lenient government" to identify sectors for investment. But she must ensure that "there's a hospitable climate for investment". Blake has invited Mamata to the US.
