He was speaking at the 177th Foundation Day celebrations of the Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata (formerly known as the Calcutta Medical College). Dr. Yadav, who is an alumnus of the institute, said he was fortunate to have studied here at a time when there were only a handful of modern doctors in Nepal.
