India always knew there would be a price to pay for its growing relationship with the United States and one of those bills is coming due at the end of next month. That's the deadline the Iranian government has given New Delhi to quit dithering and decide whether it is in or out of a $7.5-billion agreement to run a pipeline from Iran's massive South Pars offshore natural gas field.
