MUMBAI, Feb 16 (Reuters) - India's soyoil and oilseedfutures edged higher on Tuesday tracking gains in the U.S.market and propped by a drop in January vegetable oil importsand lower forecast for the domestic rapeseed crop, analystssaid.
"The U.S. market is giving support, but the medium-termtrend is down only. Meal exports are also not improving," saidan analyst with Karvy Comtrade. March soybean NSBH0 on the National Commodity andDerivatives Exchange ended up 0.51 percent at 2,149.5 rupeesper 100 kg, while March soyoil NSOH0 finished 0.42 percenthigher at 462.3 rupees per 10 kg.
