MUMBAI, Feb 22 (Reuters) - Indian federal bond yieldseased in early trade on Monday, tracking U.S. Treasury yields, butsentiment was cautious before Friday's budget when governmentborrowing plans for 2010/11 will be unveiled.

"No one wants to carry big positions until there is clarityafter the budget," said a dealer at a private bank. At 9:57 a.m. (0427 GMT), the yield on the benchmark 10-yearbond IN10YT=RR was at 7.86 percent, after opening at 7.87percent.
