NEW YORK – A cosmetics-marketing company claims in a New York lawsuit that Naomi Campbell didn't hand over its cut of the proceeds from a fragrance-licensing agreement.

The lawsuit says the supermodel violated a 1998 contract by leaving Moodform Mission out of a deal made within roughly the past year. It says she stopped paying Moodform Mission its share of proceeds from scents it helped develop.
